This is NOT an intensive workout.
The goal is NOT to push harder.

You’ve already done enough of that.

What the body may need first is:

FLOW

Physiological flow.
Mechanical flow.
Breathing flow.
Movement flow.

When the body flows better,
movement often becomes easier.
