The Missing Piece We’ve All Overlooked

For years, I’ve worked with women — from newly postpartum mamas to athletes — helping them move better, recover better, and feel better in their bodies.

And yet… something was missing.

Even with all my knowledge as an athletic trainer and pelvic floor coach, I kept running into the same struggle:

  • It was hard to get that “click” moment with the body.

I knew there had to be a better way.

My search for the missing piece

I’ve spent years searching.

Testing on myself, my husband, my friends, and my clients.

Doubting.

Honestly, sometimes feeling skeptical — because I didn’t want another “quick fix” that doesn’t last.

But then I found it.
The piece we’ve been overlooking.

And here’s the surprising part: it’s simple.
So simple you might doubt it (I did too).

What I discovered

This isn’t about pushing harder, sweating more, or forcing your body.

It’s about tapping into a system your body already has — one that science proves exists, but that mainstream fitness and recovery programs rarely talk about.
