MamaBodyology is my work of supporting the body in a calm, intelligent way — grounded in kinesiology, movement science, and lived experience, while honoring the body’s natural intelligence.
This approach grew from years of working in high-performance environments, and from my own experience of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and long-term body changes.
At its core, this work supports the body’s ability to regulate itself and move with greater ease — so you can keep living what you love.
At MamaBodyology, I integrate scientific insight and body wisdom to educate, empower, and evolve the global standard of women’s body care—supporting women to live what they love.

MamaBodyology began with a simple question.
Why do so many women feel they have to push through body changes — especially after pregnancy — without real support?
I have lived, worked, and given birth in multiple countries, and no matter where I was, I noticed the same pattern.
Postpartum and long-term body care for women was limited, fragmented, or treated as something to get through.
Even with a background in movement science and performance medicine, I felt that much of the available care did not truly support how the body recovers and adapts over time.
The body wasn’t failing.
It was asking for a different kind of care.
That question became the foundation of MamaBodyology.

MamaBodyology is more than a wellness method.
It is an education-based body care approach inspired by both Japanese body care wisdom and modern movement science.
The work supports women to reconnect, recover, and rebuild from the inside out — using smart body awareness rather than hard work.
Rather than pushing the body or aiming for quick fixes, MamaBodyology focuses on understanding how the body works and creating the conditions for it to regulate and support itself.
Science-Informed & Holistic
Grounded in kinesiology and movement science, while guided by the body’s natural intelligence.
Empowering Education
Awareness and understanding come before effort. Knowledge supports independence, not dependency.
Sustainable Well-Being
Smart use, not sacrifice. Longevity over perfection.

My background in kinesiology, athletic training, pelvic health, and pre- and postpartum body changes shaped the development of my approach and the IFRM/A Method (Integrated Functional Restoration Method / Approach).
This work combines progressive movement and body awareness, adapted to each person’s needs and goals, supporting both functional recovery and long-term well-being.
Over the years, I have learned that lasting change goes beyond muscles alone.
The body functions as an integrated system — including the nervous system, fascial network, lymphatic flow, and muscular system — all influencing how we move, recover, and adapt.
My approach works with this whole-body system, supporting regulation, balance, and efficient load distribution rather than isolated correction.
The focus is not only physical improvement, but overall body organization, where calm regulation allows strength and movement to emerge naturally.
For this reason, I don’t “help” women — I support them.
I create a safe, informed space where they can reconnect with their bodies, understand how their system works, and build confidence in caring for themselves.
This approach supports women across different stages of life and activity — from athletes and performing artists to newly postpartum mothers and women navigating mid-life changes — all seeking more ease, energy, and confidence in movement and daily life
“Every woman’s body tells a story —
my work is to support her in learning to listen and feel.”

Having lived and worked in Japan, North America, and Europe, I’ve seen how women’s body-care and recovery standards differ — yet one truth remains: postpartum and long-term care are still limited and often undervalued.
In many places, women are left to rely on their own initiative to understand, heal, and maintain their bodies.
Moving beyond “it is what it is,” I hope to contribute — even in a small way — by sharing what I’ve learned through my work and experience.
By bridging movement science with body wisdom, my aim is to make body care feel smarter, gentler, and more accessible in everyday life.
I hope this supports a better environment for the next generation, where body care is a natural part of life, not a luxury.
And ultimately, I wish for every woman — from young athletes and new mothers to mid-life women and grandmamas — to live what they love, longer.
