After giving birth to my three girls while living in 11 cities across 5 countries, I experienced firsthand that, no matter where you are, postpartum recovery care and support are still very limited.
Despite my background in athletic training and performance medicine, my own recovery felt like a mystery. Each place offered different advice or customs, yet none truly addressed how a woman’s body changes—or how she can reconnect with it afterward.
I also found that, in most places, women are expected to take the initiative themselves to care for their postpartum bodies—often without proper guidance, support, or understanding.
These experiences made one truth clear: women everywhere deserve better, smarter, and more compassionate body care.
My long-time vision is to be a part of evolving a global standard of women’s body care—through awareness, education, and compassionate support that continues to grow for generations to come.

MamaBodyology is more than a wellness method—it’s an education-based brand inspired by both Japanese body care wisdom and modern movement science.
Our work supports women reconnect, recover, and rebuild from the inside out—using smart body awareness, not hard work.

My background in kinesiology, athletic training, pelvic health, and pre/postpartum body changes shaped the development of the IFRM/A Method (Integrated Functional Restoration Method/Approach) and progressive exercises tailored to each woman’s individual needs and goals — supporting both functional recovery and long-term well-being.
Over the years, I’ve learned that lasting change goes beyond muscles and movement. Many women carry mental and emotional stress that deeply influences how their bodies feel, respond, and recover.
That’s why my approach places greater emphasis on the connection between the mind, emotions, and body — supporting women to release tension, restore balance, and rebuild strength from within.
My goal is not only physical improvement but comprehensive wellness — where awareness, calm energy, and emotional balance naturally enhance the body’s strength and function.
For this reason, I don’t “help” women — I support them. I create a safe, informed space where they can reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their own wisdom, and build the confidence to care for themselves and live what they love.
My approach supports women across all stages of life and activity — from athletes and circus artists to newly postpartum mothers and women navigating mid-life changes — all seeking more comfort, energy, and confidence in their movement and performance.

Having lived and worked in Japan, North America, and Europe, I’ve seen how women’s body-care and recovery standards differ — yet one truth remains: postpartum and long-term care are still limited and undervalued.
Most women still rely on their own initiative to understand, heal, and maintain their bodies.

My vision/long-term wish is to be part of evolving the global standard of women’s body care — from women’s health to postpartum recovery and lifelong well-being — by bridging science with body wisdom to make care smarter, gentler, and accessible to all, and to create a better environment for the next generation, where body care becomes a natural part of life, not a luxury.
I wish for every woman — from young athletes and new mothers to mid-life women, even grandmamas — to live what they love.
