Check your ears.
They may reveal more about your body than you think.
Not as a diagnosis.
Just as a simple body observation.
The ears feel stiff and difficult to fold.
Often seen together with:
Headaches
Neck tension
Tight shoulders
Limited neck movement
The ears move a little easier.
Some tension is still present, but things are becoming more mobile.
Soft.
Flexible.
Easy to move.
Often accompanied by easier neck and shoulder movement.
Gently move your ears.
Think of softening dried gyoza dough.
・Keep the filling inside.
・Don't tear the wrapper.
・No force.
・No aggressive stretching.
Just gentle movement.
You may notice:
Warmth
Easier neck movement
Lighter shoulders
A deeper breath
Sleepiness
Sometimes that sleepy feeling is simply a sign that your body has been carrying more stress than you realized.
Take 10 seconds.
Check your ears.
