A client recently told me:
"Before I came here, I felt like all my body parts were apart.
After the session, I felt like my body was one piece again."
I smiled.
Not because her pain was gone.
Not because she suddenly became stronger.
But because she described something I often see in the body.
A team.
Most of us think about the body as separate parts.
A tight neck.
A weak core.
A painful knee.
A stiff hip.
A leaking pelvic floor.
We look for the one thing that needs fixing.
But over the years, I've started seeing things differently.
Sometimes the problem isn't a weak body part.
Sometimes the problem is that the team has stopped working together.
One area starts working overtime.
Another becomes quiet.
One department takes responsibility for everyone else's job.
Communication breaks down.
Sound familiar?
It happens in companies.
It happens in families.
And it happens in the body.
Sometimes one area has been carrying the load for so long that it doesn't trust the others anymore.
It becomes the overachiever.
The perfectionist.
The one that thinks:
"If I don't do it, nobody will."
So it keeps working.
And working.
And working.
Even when help is available.
Those are often the stubborn team members.
Not because they're bad.
But because they've forgotten what it feels like to work as a team.
People sometimes ask me what I actually do.
The honest answer?
I'm basically a body middle manager.
My job isn't to make one body part stronger.
My job isn't to stretch one tight muscle.
My job is to help the departments start talking again.
To help the body remember how to share the workload.
To help each part do what it's designed to do.
Sometimes that happens quickly.
Sometimes it takes a little time.
Especially when one department has been running the company for years.
Something interesting happens.
Movement feels easier.
Breathing feels easier.
The body feels lighter.
People often tell me:
"I don't know exactly what changed, but I feel different."
Or:
"I feel more connected."
Or:
"I feel like my body is one piece again."
That's my favorite feedback.
Because it tells me the team meeting was successful.
And when the team works together...
You don't have to work so hard.
You don't have to fight your body.
You don't have to force performance.
The whole system simply becomes more efficient.
✨ And then you shine.
