If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be teaching body care and fascia unwinding, I would’ve laughed — probably while eating instant noodles. Because honestly, even cooking felt overwhelming back then.

Then life completely shifted.
I became a mama — to three kids.
We moved to a new country.
And suddenly, I was managing a household, a new life, and a completely unfamiliar version of my body.

That’s when the self-blame started.
I snapped at my kids.
I forgot things.
I kept calling myself a bad mama — when in truth, I was exhausted and disconnected from my own body.

Everything Changed When I Stopped “Trying Harder”

I didn’t need to push harder.

  • My chronic lower back pain disappeared

  • My TFL (tensor fascia latae) no longer felt constantly tight and overworked

  • I felt more stable standing and walking, like my body was grounded and supported

  • My posture improved naturally, without forcing it
