UNWIND Sessions are currently offered for women.

A gentle, individual session —without pushing or hard effort

UNWIND is a personalized, slow, body-led session designed to help your body find

its natural flow and balance again

without force, stretching, or pressure.

45 Minutes - €75

A focused reset when you need clarity for one specific area or a gentle tune-up.

60 Minutes - €100

A balanced session supporting key tension patterns and overall ease of movement.

90 Minutes - €150

A deeper integration session for full-body recalibration and longer-lasting change.

This isn’t about “trying harder.”
It’s about allowing your body reorganize itself,

release tension, and restore ease in

how you breathe, move, and feel.

What UNWIND Helps With

During yourvsession, I guide your body gently to:

Each session is responsive — we follow what your body needs that day.
