Why I Created This Workshop

As a 20yr + certified athletic trainer, postpartum corrective exercise specialist, a former Performance Medicine Therapist at Cirque du Soleil, and a mama of the three growing ladies…

I thought I had the tools to recover well after childbirth.

But the truth is — even with my professional knowledge, my body collapsed

Yes, I underestimated what it meant to be a mother. 

I experienced firsthand how deeply pregnancy changes the structure and function of a woman’s body —

not just physically, but emotionally, hormonally, and energetically.

I shared what I knew: core work, breathing, posture, pelvic floor care.

And it helped… but something was missing.

 

Because what do you do when:

  • You have no time?

  • You're living on other people’s schedules?

  • You’re constantly tired, sleepless, overwhelmed, and carrying stress deep in your tissues?

Most programs still ask you to work hard to feel okay.

But I wanted something Smarter. Simpler. Kinder.

 

And I found it — in my home country, Japan.

 

A gentle, deeply effective method that doesn’t force your body — it listens to it.

It calms your nervous system, restores alignment, and helps your body recover without effort.

 

No sweat. No gear. Just 3 minutes in bed, morning or night.

 

I tried it on myself — even 11 years postpartum — and felt real shifts in just 7 days.

Months later, I was waking up pain-free, moving more, dancing again.

It became my daily routine. And now… I know I need to share it.
