This week in my Gentle Unwind Live, I shared a tongue exercise that can help release jaw, neck, and even pelvic floor tension. It’s not about “working out” or “fixing” anything. It’s about listening to your body — and giving it a small, smart invitation to soften.
Our tongue is deeply connected to fascial lines that run down through the neck, chest, diaphragm, and even the pelvic floor.
When it relaxes, something beautiful happens:
✨ your breathing deepens
✨ your shoulders drop
✨ your chest softens
✨ your whole system begins to unwind
No tools. No effort. Just gentle, curious movement.
